This one-day course takes participants through the process of developing and facilitating successful conversations with large groups of people. We will cover the following topics:
- processes for community consensus-building
- managing contentious discussions
- eliciting participation
Participants will gain a stronger understanding of group dynamics, and will acquire tools for engaging constructively with conflict when it emerges in community dialogue.
